Hello, my name is Martha, and I qualified as a music therapist from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in July 2025. I play double bass and piano taking a keen interest in both jazz and classical music and enjoy broadening my skills base by playing pop and folk music as well. Having previously worked as a secondary school teacher I have experience working with adolescents from complex backgrounds who have additional SEMH needs or neurodiverse conditions. As a music therapist, I have continued to gain experience in schools across a range of ages facilitating both group and individual music therapy for children with severe learning disabilities and developmental delay. My most recent work has involved working within the NHS with clients on an acute psychiatric ward.
